Pizza Making Workshop - Thursday 19th October 2023 7pm

This workshop will run from 7-9pm. During this workshop, you will learn:

1) The secrets of making perfect pizza dough using sourdough starter and Italian '00' flour. 
2) How to ball up and prove the dough.
3) How to stretch, top and bake the pizzas. 

We will enjoy a meal of our pizzas in the kitchen and then you will get your own free dough balls and sourdough starter to take home.
