Mediterranean Meze - Saturday 23rd January 2027, 11am-1pm

This workshop will run from 11am-1pm and is led by the amazing cookery teacher Ela Teague from Cook Eat Joy. This workshop is kindly subsidised by Camden Council and for this reason tickets are only £15.

You will learn:

• How to make soft, pillowy flatbreads from scratch.
• The secrets of a smooth, authentic hummus and a cooling, fresh tzatziki.
• How to marinate and cook lemon and garlic chicken skewers for maximum flavour.
• How to put together a vibrant, fresh salad to complete the meze spread.

At the end, we will enjoy a meal of our  Caribbean feast together in the kitchen, and you will take home the recipes to recreate this feast at home
