Caribbean Feast - Saturday 16th January, 11am-1pm

This workshop will run from 11am-1pm and is led by the amazing cookery teacher Ela Teague from Cook Eat Joy. This workshop is kindly subsidised by Camden Council and for this reason tickets are only £15.

You will learn:

• The secrets of a proper Caribbean marinade, using the right balance of herbs and spices.
• How to make a rich, deeply flavoured brown stew chicken, built slowly for maximum depth.
• How to cook authentic rice and peas, including the techniques that give it its distinctive flavour and texture.
• How to bring the whole plate together for a true Caribbean feast.

At the end, we will enjoy a meal of our Caribbean feast together in the kitchen, and you will take home the recipes to recreate this feast at home
