For this very special workshop, we invite Semia and Yasmin - fantastic cooks with deep family roots in Algeria in North Africa. (You can watch Semia's cookery on her YouTube channel here).
During this workshop, you will learn how to make the following traditional dishes. At the end of the course we will share the food together and you will also have plenty to take home. Tickets are just £10 which includes all ingredients etc.
- Tchektchouka - a dish of eggs baked in a tomato sauce with vegetables
- Kesra - a bread made with semolina, flour and olive oil
- Borek - pastries filled with potato or tuna or meat
- Baghrir - a type of pancake
- Couscous with green peas and broad beans
