Spring Rolls with Chutney

INGREDIENTS FOR SPRING ROLLS

Grated Cheddar cheese- 1/2 block

Finely chopped Onion- 1 medium

Green chilli- 2

Coriander- Handful 

Samosa pad/ filo pastry 

Plain flour+water to make editable glue

INGREDIENTS FOR CHUTNEY

Natural yogurt -2 tb

Coriander- handful 

Green chillis-1

Salt-pinch

Sugar-pinch

METHOD

Mix grated cheese, onion, green chillis and coriander together, lightly mix them. 

With the Somosa pad create a wrap and inside the wrap add those fillings. Use editable glue to close the wrap firmly. 

Put all of those spring rolls in a baking try and brush some oil on top of them and put them in the oven for about 12 mins. 

to make the chutney, blitz all the ingredients together.
