Pizza Making Workshop - Wednesday 14th October 2026 8-9:30pm

This workshop will run from 8-9:30pm. You will learn:

1) The secrets of making your own pizza dough using yeast / sourdough starter and Italian '00' flour. 
2) How to ball up, prove and stretch the dough.
3) How to make an authentic tomato sauce.
4) How to top and bake the pizzas using a domestic oven.

At the end, we will enjoy a meal of our pizzas in the kitchen and you will take home pizza dough and a pot of sourdough starter to use later at home.
