The two chefs explained how they always wanted to a pursue a career as a chef. "I always wanted to be a be a chef since I was two years old," explained one. "I started to cook with my mum."
During the lesson, the children rolled croissants and made a pear crumble with Chantilly cream and apricot sauce.
