We have been hosting food start-up Suyaman. Nigerian chef Tunde Tejumola is building a career catering for pop-ups and other events. He was in need of a production kitchen for dishes such as Plantain Crisps with Spiced Crab. Suya spice, a classic blend from Nigeria, is a star ingredient in his cooking.

Tom himself was very kind and accommodating to our logistical needs. My pop up was a seamless operation and will use the kitchen again, should we have another event."
