We had a fab night for the first of our community cooking workshops - just £10 per ticket. This half term the topic was making pizzas and we shared top tips for making our excellent Neapolitan style pizas ... Feedback was great, including the following:
- Future courses could include food hygiene or allergen awareness for those working in the community. Cookery for teenagers.
- Partnering with local authority, NHS, Talacre or sustainable eating initiatives. Cultural food exchange groups.
- Adding donation jars or buttons on the website. Or a suggested donation ... Gift vouchers for people to do classses.
- Products we could add to menu on Wednesdays: cheese, fresh bread,
